Library Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC)

The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is at the Circulation Desk, it is an automated catalogue on which all the Library data base are inputted.  Accessing Library materials through the OPAC is faster and easier than through manual catalogue. Koha is the software on which the Lagos State Polytechnic Library database runs.

Users’ Access Guide to Koha

To Access the Library materials using koha, follow the steps below:

Step 1:            Click on the OPAC interface in the circulation desk

Step 2:            Input your USERNAME and PASSWORD given to you in the Library

Step 3:            Click on Login

Step 4:            Type the title or the Author of the material you want and click on search.

Note: You can search by Title, Keyword, Subject, Author, Editor etc

Step 5:            Click on Checkout to borrow the material.
